Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) - Urgent Care

Location Bonney Lake, WA 98391 Position Summary Indigo Urgent Care, a MultiCare Company, is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our South Region Clinics at Bonney Lake as a float provider. This full‑time, 14‑shift month position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to practice at the top of your license while leading and mentoring fellow providers in a modern, team‑based urgent care setting. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical care in urgent care clinics, drawing on experience in UC, ED, or FM settings. Work collaboratively within a team‑based care model with no patient panels. Assist in leading and mentoring new providers, participating in early‑career fellowship and preceptor programs. Maintain high quality patient experience and uphold Indigo’s patient‑centred standards. Requirements Active Washington license in good standing at time of employment. DEA and NPI registration with prescriptive authority. Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association. Minimum 2 years of post‑degree clinical experience in UC, ED, or FM setting.
