Location: 10590 S Highlands Pkwy, Henderson, NV 89141 Position Overview As a Cashier, you are the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every guest has a positive shopping experience. We are looking for a friendly, dependable individual who is customer‑focused, communicates effectively, and performs well under pressure. A positive attitude, teamwork, and a strong commitment to service are essential for success in this role. Candidates must be able to multitask, stay composed in fast‑paced environments, and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and greet all customers. Ensure the store appearance is clean, neat, organized, and provides a positive shopping experience for all. Accurately process point‑of‑sale (POS) customer transactions. Stock and clean the store. Maintain the cleanliness and management of gas pumps and the outside appearance of the store. Provide support to team members and promote a positive team environment. Qualification Requirements Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks at once. Dedication to integrity, teamwork, and customer service. Ability to maintain composure during times of uncertainty. Excellent communication skills. Previous POS experience, retail sales, gas station attendant or customer service experience is a plus. Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays on a rotational basis. Provide valid work cards for jurisdiction prior to the start date. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Work Environment The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Physical Demands Standing for long periods of time Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. Ability to stand, stoop, lift, wipe, reach and type without assistance from others.
