Position Overview Physician – Department of Radiology, Abdominal & Pelvic Imaging (Open Rank/Track Faculty). The Ohio State University College of Medicine and the Wexner Medical Center seek an Abdominal & Pelvic Imaging Radiologist to join the Department of Radiology. The responsibilities of this position will include patient care, research, and training of graduate and postgraduate students. Shift Details Traditional in‑person coverage: 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday for both part‑time and full‑time positions. No evening or overnight call responsibilities. Evening Shift: 4pm – 1am; 7 days on, 14 days off. Responsibilities Contribute to the day‑to‑day clinical operations of the Abdominal & Pelvic Imaging Division of the Department of Radiology Provide high‑quality patient care as related to the Abdominal & Pelvic imaging Service Contribute to clinical and imaging operations as related to the Abdominal & Pelvic imaging Service Education, Training, and Faculty Development Conduct and provide clinical instruction, lectures, seminars, and related educational offerings, both within OSUWMC and at the regional and national level Collaborate with faculty and leadership in the Division to develop and refine medical student, resident, and fellow training opportunities Serve as a mentor and sponsor of residents, fellows, and faculty in the Department Research and Scholarship Support clinical and translational research activities and innovation May serve as PI or Co‑I in grants and/or clinical trials Serve on Department, OSUCOM, or OSUWMC committees to represent the research and innovation interests of the Department, as appropriate Qualifications M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent Board eligible or board certified in Radiology (ABR, ABOR) Completion of Subspecialty fellowship in Abdominal & Pelvic imaging by time of appointment Must possess or be eligible for licensure in the State of Ohio Compensation Package Salary: Commensurate with experience level, Bonus, Relocation Assistance Retirement Benefits: 14% Employer match, Supplemental Retirement Accounts 403(b) and 457(b) Paid Time Off: 176 Hours of Annual Vacation, 120 hours of Annual Sick Time, 11 Recognized Annual Holidays, and Generous CME Allowance Health, Vision, and Dental Benefits: Health Reimbursement Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account Tuition Assistance Benefits: 10 credit hours per term for faculty and staff covered, 50% of a dependent’s fees per semester covered Fringe Benefits: Family Building Assistance and Benefits, Lifestyle Spending Accounts, Childcare Programs, Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness and institutional support to fulfill requirements Location Twelfth Ave, 395 W (0356).
