Contract RecruiterWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will be responsible for delivering full-cycle recruiting support across multiple business functions, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract, engage, and hire top talent. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong stakeholder partnership, and bring a data-driven approach to managing recruiting pipelines and delivering hiring outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer managementPartner with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategiesBuild and maintain diverse and high-quality candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and market researchConduct candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and alignment with role requirementsDrive a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processCoordinate interview processes and ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholdersMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in Workday or similar Applicant Tracking SystemsTrack, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and hiring progressProvide market insights and talent trends to inform hiring strategiesBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience3–6 years of experience in full-cycle recruitingProven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong experience in sourcing and pipeline developmentExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Workday)Strong organizational skills with attention to detailPreferred Qualifications:Experience in a corporate/in-house recruiting environmentExperience supporting large-scale or high-growth hiring initiativesData-driven mindset with experience leveraging recruiting metrics and analyticsAbility to build strong partnerships and influence stakeholders across all levelsPay Transparency:The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $55.00 - $60.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
