About This Position TJFACT is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team at our Atlanta, GA headquarters. Reporting directly to the Recruiting Supervisor, this position serves as a trusted recruiting partner responsible for supporting full-cycle recruitment efforts across corporate operations, proposal initiatives, and federal government contracts. The ideal candidate is an experienced government contracting recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and enjoys developing innovative recruiting strategies to identify exceptional talent. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define position requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies. Source highly qualified candidates utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, professional networking, employee referrals, industry associations, and other innovative sourcing methods. Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current openings, proposal efforts, and future hiring initiatives. Conduct recruiter phone screens, evaluate candidate qualifications, and present well-qualified candidates to hiring managers. Coordinate interviews while ensuring a professional, engaging, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Prepare and extend employment offers while accurately communicating compensation, benefits, and onboarding expectations. Recruit for corporate positions as well as cleared and uncleared positions supporting Department of Defense, Department of State, Department of Justice, and other federal government customers. Support proposal recruiting efforts by identifying qualified contingent candidates, collecting required documentation, and maintaining proposal recruiting pipelines. Collaborate with Human Resources and the Facility Security Officer (FSO) regarding security clearance requirements, onboarding activities, and pre-employment processing. Develop a strong understanding of labor categories, contract requirements, clearance requirements, and customer expectations across multiple government programs. Recruiting Operations & Talent Strategy Maintain accurate applicant records, recruiting activity, and compliance documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Monitor recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health, offer acceptance rates, and other key performance indicators. Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate engagement, and hiring outcomes through continuous process improvement. Represent TJFACT at career fairs, networking events, military transition programs, college recruiting events, and community outreach initiatives to strengthen the company's employment brand. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates, hiring managers, industry partners, and external recruiting resources. Partner with the Recruiting Supervisor and Human Resources team on workforce planning initiatives and other strategic talent acquisition projects. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum five (5) years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Minimum three (3) years of recruiting experience within the federal government contracting (GovCon) industry. Demonstrated experience recruiting both corporate and federal contract positions. Experience recruiting cleared and uncleared professionals across a variety of labor categories. Experience supporting proposal recruiting efforts and contingent hiring activities. Working knowledge of federal security clearance processes and eligibility requirements. Proven experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, networking, referrals, and other sourcing platforms. Experience partnering with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and manage multiple concurrent requisitions. Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Must be local to the Greater Atlanta area and able to work onsite. Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for Department of Defense (DoD), Department of State (DOS), or other federal agencies. Experience with proposal recruiting, incumbent capture efforts, and rapid-response staffing. Experience using UKG Recruiting or similar Applicant Tracking Systems. Familiarity with OFCCP compliance, affirmative action requirements, and federal hiring regulations.
