Pathology Reporting Specialist - Dermatopathology

Work Schedule: 80% FTE, day shift. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9:00AM – 4:00PM. Tuesday 9:30AM – 4:00PM. No weekends or holidays. Rotating coverage as needed. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. Pay:

We are seeking a Pathology Reporting Specialist to: * Partner with Department of Pathology sub-specialists to coordinate patient care correspondence/materials, triage patient care related telephone encounters, coordinate with clinical teams for tumor board case review, and whole slide scanning * Ensure accuracy and completeness of all case materials, documents, tests ordered, and patient care reports * Facilitate the production of materials for research/study requests, including requests for clinical trial eligibility At UW Health, you will have: * An excellent benefits package, including health and dental insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, two-week paid parental leave and adoption assistance. • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
• Formal training or equivalent in work experience in medical transcription.
