Key responsibilities include:
Leading and executing a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligned with growth goals
Owning brand positioning, messaging, and thought leadership development
Driving qualified lead generation and pipeline growth through targeted campaigns
Overseeing website performance, SEO strategy, and digital optimization efforts
Developing and executing content strategy across blogs, case studies, and social platforms (LinkedIn-focused)
Managing outbound marketing campaigns, email marketing, and nurture flows
Leading conference strategy, sponsorships, and industry visibility initiatives
Managing marketing budget with a strong focus on ROI and performance metrics
Mentoring and overseeing a Marketing Coordinator while collaborating cross functionally Director of Marketing Background Profile:
8+ years of B2B marketing experience
Prior experience in professional services, agency, consulting, or similar environment preferred
Proven success driving lead generation and contributing to sales pipeline growth
Strong expertise in SEO, digital marketing, and analytics
Experience owning both strategy and execution in a lean environment
Prior leadership experience with at least one direct report
