Construction Superintendent

Renewyx have partnered with an established civil and highway contractor looking to bring on several Civil Superintendents.

They have multiple sites across Illinois and Missouri and support all types of construction - Dirt work, Pipework, bridges, road work, excavation, storm and sanitary, erosion control. If you can run a crew and you know this work, we need to talk.

You'll run the crew day to day on civil and heavy civil sites, keeping schedule, safety and quality on track using HCSS and Trimble GPS.

What you'll bring:

• Experience running a crew on civil or heavy civil work
• Hands-on with excavation, pile driving, dirt work, storm and sanitary, erosion control
• Open to travel around Illinois and Missouri, a week at a time on quick turnaround projects

Nice to have (bonus, not required):

• HCSS Heavy Job and Heavy Bid experience
• Trimble GPS or drone experience

What's on offer:

• $95,000 to $130,000 base, flex to $150,000 for the right candidate
• Full time, permanent
• St. Louis metro base, IL and MO sites
• $220 daily per diem (while travelling)

• Quarterly bonus, medical, 401k with match, PTO from day one
