Requirements

• Required certification: Imaging Tech - MRI
• 1+ years of experience
• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required 2. Cases: Adult Acute Care, Adult ICU, Adult Outpatient, ER/Trauma; Abdomen, Pelvis, Cardiovascular, Chest, Head and Neck, Musculoskeletal, Spine skills required 3. Certifications: ARRT MR, BLS required 4. License: NC or Compact license required in hand at time of start 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 8-hour eves 06:30-15:00 Monday-Friday; rotating weekend call requirement one weekend 08/08/26-08/09/26; call shift 19:00-06:30 8. RTO: Auto approve 7 days or less if not on holiday; anything more requires facility approval; must work 2 out of 3 major holidays; no RTO during first week due to orientation 9. Returning Staff: Previous Novant Health or New Hanover employees must wait 12 months before applying as traveler; must disclose previous employment 10. Travel/Local: Permanent address under 50 miles offered lower local rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable; Acute Care roles 8-10 hours, Non-Acute roles 4-5 hours; completed pre-start and annually via online learning, Zoom, webinar, and in-person classes 13.
