Operations ManagerBemana is recruiting for a leading provider of pump system service, repair, and maintenance solutions across commercial, industrial, and municipal markets nationwide. Our client is looking to hire an Operations Manager to report daily to their Baldwin Park location.Position offers:$115K-$130K/year base salary + 15% yearly bonus potential. If your target pay is higher, we still encourage you to apply—we could request adjustments based on experience and market conditions.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.401K with company match.PTO: start with 3 weeks + paid holidaysMonthly vehicle allowanceJob ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations and coordinate field service technicians to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Manage installation, start-up, repair, and replacement projects for residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal water/wastewater systems.Handle scheduling, labor planning, troubleshooting, quality control, and project completion.Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical service issues.Maintain strong customer relationships, resolve disputes, and ensure customer satisfaction.Support estimating and bidding efforts through job walks, customer meetings, and project reviews.Assist with business development, sales and margin analysis, and profitability improvements.Promote a safe work environment through training and compliance with safety procedures.Oversee A/R and A/P responsibilities.Support hiring, training, and mentoring of technical field personnel.Job RequirementsExperience in contracting, construction, or industrial service industries preferred.Technical college degree or trade school certification preferred.Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including pumps, motors, and control systems.Ability to read blueprints, plans, and review contracts.Proficient in Microsoft Office programs; experience with QuickBooks, Adobe, and Sage Accounting is a plus.Minimum 1 year of management experience in mechanical systems, service, maintenance, or sales.Application ProcessIf your experience matches the description above, submit your resume, and one of our recruiters will be in touch to tell you more about the position and learn more about your experience and aspirations.If your experience does not match this job description, we still encourage you to reach out to one of our recruiters, so we can learn about your professional aspirations for future job openings.About BemanaBemana provides recruiting services to the nation's equipment and industrial sectors.
