Discovery & Collection Specialist (Source Strategies Analyst) - Mid

We are seeking experienced Discovery & Collection Specialists (Source Strategies Analysts) to support a mission-critical government customer in Springfield, Virginia. Successful candidates will possess strong GEOINT collection management experience, exceptional organizational and writing skills, and the ability to collaborate across mission stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications Minimum five (5) years of experience supporting GEOINT collection management MUST have current TS/SCI Demonstrated knowledge of the GEOINT Community, mission focus areas, and collection management structures Experience defining, documenting, and drafting SOPs, workstreams, best practices, or operational procedures Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, and/or similar tools Knowledge of the GEOINT TCPED processAbility to build and maintain internal and external mission partner relationships Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing competing priorities Active TS/SCI clearance Willingness to take a polygraph examination Preferred Qualifications Experience performing GEOINT collection operations Experience developing training materials, job aids, videos, or performance support solutions Knowledge of GEOINT training methodologies and tradecraft implementation GEOINT Professional Certification – Fundamentals (GPC-F) GEOINT Professional Certification – Collections (GPC-C) About the Role This position supports high-visibility GEOINT operations focused on discovery, collection strategy, and mission enablement.
