Thrive Juice Lab is hiring an experienced Store Manager to lead our Newport Beach café, one of our busiest locations. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in developing people, delivering exceptional hospitality, and running a store where quality and consistency matter.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on leadership role with meaningful responsibility for your team, your guests, and your store’s performance. You’ll work closely with ownership, contribute ideas for improving the operation, and help build a team that takes pride in its work.

Our ideal manager leads from the floor, stays composed during a rush, and follows through. You know how to create a positive workplace while setting clear expectations, coaching consistently, and holding yourself to the same standards you ask of others.

What You’ll Lead

• Team development: Hire, train, and coach a capable, accountable team. Recognize great work, address performance issues directly and respectfully, and help people improve.
• Guest experience: Set the example for warm, attentive service. Build relationships with regulars, welcome new guests, and resolve concerns with care.
• Store performance: Take ownership of sales goals, labor management, inventory, ordering, and food costs. Use reporting to spot issues, reduce waste, and make informed decisions.
• Daily operations: Keep the store clean, organized, well stocked, and ready for business. Ensure consistent execution of opening and closing procedures, food safety practices, recipes, and presentation standards.
• Product knowledge: Learn every position and master our menu, ingredients, and superfoods so you can confidently train your team and guide our guests.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of restaurant or café leadership experience , preferably in a high-volume environment.
• A track record of developing teams, maintaining standards, and following through on commitments.
• A solid understanding of labor management, inventory, and food cost controls.
• Clear communication and the confidence to give constructive feedback.
• The ability to prioritize, solve problems, and keep your team focused during busy shifts.
• A passion for health, wellness, and quality food.
• Open availability, including weekends.
