We have an exciting opportunity for a **Production Supervisor** to join our company and support our Doniphan NE location. As the Production Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day production operations by reviewing schedules, allocating resources, and leading teams to safely and efficiently meet production and quality goals. You will train, coach, and develop employees while modeling a high commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You'll collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners to coordinate workflows, prepare seasonal operations, resolve issues, and support workforce planning. Through strong communication, data-driven decision-making, and active engagement on the production floor, you will help ensure operational excellence, accurate reporting, and a positive, high‑performing team environment.
