Strong Communicators Needed for Airbnb Luxe Home Consultant Project - Brazoria County, USJoin our program supporting Airbnb's Luxe program in Brazoria County, US, as a Home Consultant and help uphold the exceptional quality and hospitality standards expected of the luxury homes in Airbnb's Luxe offering.As part of our Managed Services program, you will conduct in-person home assessments, document property conditions, capture photos, and provide detailed evaluation reports to support our luxury quality review process. Consultants typically complete home consultations in approximately 2 hours, with some variation depending on property size.Please note: This project operates on an as-needed basis. Assignment volume may fluctuate throughout the duration of the program and is not guaranteed. Some weeks may have higher activity levels, while others may be lighter depending on operational demand and market needs.Job DescriptionWhat You'll DoConduct in-person home consultations and property evaluations.Capture high-quality photos and document property conditions.Complete structured assessment reports based on your independent expert evaluation of properties, using provided guidelines and templates.Maintain professional and responsive communication and interactions with Hosts.Coordinate scheduling and availability through MediaBox and email.Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports following each consultation.Compensation StructureThis opportunity offers compensation on a per-assignment basis. Candidates should propose their rate for reviewing and submitting a report for a one-bedroom home.Average base rates within this region generally range from $75–$90 USD for a one-bedroom property.An additional $5 USD will be added for each additional bedroom, up to a maximum of eight bedrooms. Properties with more than eight bedrooms will be compensated at the eight-bedroom rate.1-bedroom home: Your proposed base rate2-bedroom home: Base rate + $53-bedroom home: Base rate + $104-bedroom home: Base rate + $155-bedroom home: Base rate + $206-bedroom home: Base rate + $257-bedroom home: Base rate + $308+ bedroom home: Base rate + $35In addition to the consultation fee, consultants will receive travel compensation for each day they conduct an assessment.
