Shipping Associate - 3rd Shift

Overview Tailor Made Compounding is seeking a Shipping Associate responsible for shipping all packages and products to our customers. The Shipping Associate will monitor shipments for accuracy, perform inventory control, and ensure that each package has the proper postage. All tasks must be completed in accordance with HIPAA guidelines, state and federal laws, and current company policies and procedures. Job Details Job Type: Full-Time Location: Nicholasville, KY Department: Shipping Employment Type: Full-Time Minimum Experience: Schedule: 3rd Shift, 4-10 hour shifts Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, 3 weeks PTO Monthly incentive opportunities available. Key Responsibilities Sort, label, pick, pack, audit, and ship prescription medications Receive, count, and record shipment data into patient pharmacy software; verify packing list information against packed medications Identify incorrect or short-shipped items and immediately notify supervisor Must be able to complete and pass a background screening and drug test Experience and Education Requirements High School diploma Minimum of 1 year shipping/receiving experience preferred Excellent verbal communication Strong attention to detail Other Qualifications Strong organizational skills with ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail Proactive problem-solving with sound judgment Versatile team player who can also work independently Ability to handle confidential information with discretion; adaptable to competing demands Ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Forward-looking thinker who proactively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions Positive attitude and ability to work well with others Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds Company Information Established in 2016, Tailor Made Compounding is a top compounding pharmacy dedicated to providing quality medications nationwide.
