Job Description

We're hiring an Assistant Branch Manager who enjoys leading teams, solving problems, and keeping branch operations running smoothly. If you're a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values exceptional customer service, and is ready to support both employees and business growth, this is the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assists the Branch Manager in the daily operations of the branch, helping ensure operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and achievement of branch goals.
• Provides direction, coaching, and support to branch employees while reinforcing performance expectations and company policies.
• Monitors branch operations to ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and applicable Hazmat, DOT, legal, and employment regulations.
• Supports inventory accuracy by ensuring proper receiving, storage, cycle counts, and loss prevention procedures are followed.
• Ensures documented work processes are followed and recommends process improvements when appropriate.
• Resolves customer and operational issues promptly while escalating concerns to the Branch Manager as needed.
• Maintains open communication with the Branch Manager regarding branch operations, personnel, customer concerns, and business opportunities.
• Assumes Branch Manager responsibilities in their absence to ensure continuity of operations.
• Collaborates with other branches and departments to support company objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Maintains a professional appearance consistent with the construction industry.
