As a District Manager in our Sales team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business by establishing and nurturing strong partnerships with automotive dealerships. Position District Manager — Automotive Industry Business Development Job Responsibilities Identify and Engage : You will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective automotive dealerships, forging strong and lasting business relationships. Promote and Sell : Showcase our innovative finance products to automotive dealerships, highlighting their benefits and competitive advantages. Market Insights : Dive deep into market research to uncover trends, market potential, and competitor activities within the automotive industry. Sales Strategy : Develop and execute effective sales strategies, including prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation, to bring new dealerships into our network. Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams like marketing and product development to align sales initiatives with customer needs. Compelling Presentations : Deliver compelling product presentations and skillfully negotiate contracts to secure new business deals. Pipeline Management : Maintain a comprehensive pipeline of potential clients, meticulously tracking sales activities using our advanced CRM systems. Market Insights : Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' offerings, providing valuable insights for refining business development strategies. Exceed Targets : Demonstrate your sales prowess by achieving or surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the broader success of the sales team. Industry Involvement : Attend conferences, trade shows, and networking events to keep abreast of market trends and expand your professional network. Qualifications Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the automotive industry or related sectors. Financial Acumen : Strong grasp of finance products and their relevance in the automotive industry. Effective Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and negotiate skillfully. Independent Initiative : Ability to work autonomously, proactively identifying, and seizing business opportunities. Results-Driven : A results-oriented mindset with a relentless drive to meet and exceed targets. Tech Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools. Travel Enthusiast : Willingness to travel extensively to establish and nurture dealership relationships.
