Job Title: Construction Manager - Single-Family Homes Location: Chattanooga, TN Type: Full-Time About the Role: We're looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead the on-site coordination and execution of single-family home construction projects in the Chattanooga area. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience managing residential builds from start to finish. Responsibilities: Oversee all phases of construction for multiple single-family homes Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, materials, and inspections Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance with local building codes Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including developers, superintendents, and inspectors Identify and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays Conduct regular site walkthroughs and manage punch lists Qualifications: 7+ years of experience managing residential construction (single-family preferred) Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building codes Excellent organizational and leadership skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents Proficient with scheduling software and project management tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred: OSHA 30 certification Experience in the Chattanooga market Background in working with production or custom home builders Benefits: $95,000 - $105,000 salary based on experience Vehicle allowance Phone Allowance Production Bonus Incentives Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
