Job Description

Are you a compassionate and dependable Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) looking for a rewarding career? Marquis Home Care is seeking dedicated HHAs to provide exceptional in-home care to clients throughout our service area.

Reliable transportation is required , as our caregivers travel to clients' homes to provide essential care and support.

Compensation

HHA (Driver with Reliable Vehicle): $22.00 per hour

Bonuses

$300 Sign-On Bonus Eligible new hires who accept a case and remain active for 30 days.

Refer Two Friends & Earn $1,000! Refer two caregivers who accept a case and remain active for 30 days, and you'll receive a $1,000 referral bonus.

Schedule

Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry
Promote client safety and properly use assistive devices such as wheelchairs, oxygen equipment, and other medical equipment
Observe, document, and report changes in client condition to the RN Supervisor
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with agency policies
Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and their families
Protect client confidentiality and maintain professional standards at all times
Follow agency policies, dress code, and New York State regulations
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising nurse

Qualifications

Current New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification required
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to client homes are required
Dependable, compassionate, and professional
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while following an individualized care plan
