Hospice Nurse-RN On Call

Addus Family Company is seeking a compassionate Hospice Nurse – RN On Call to provide urgent, in-home end-of-life care to patients and families. In this field-based role, you respond to after-hours calls, perform focused assessments, manage pain and other symptoms, and implement hospice care plans to ensure comfort and dignity. You’ll educate and support families, coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, and document care in the EMR.
