Hospice Nurse-RN On Call

Addus Family company, part of Addus HomeCare, is seeking a Hospice Nurse – RN On Call to provide compassionate, after-hours care for patients in their homes. In this role, you will respond to evening, night, and weekend calls, perform triage, conduct in-home visits, and manage urgent symptom and pain issues to keep patients comfortable and safe at home. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary hospice team, update care plans, and document care in the EMR. This mission-driven position offers the opportunity to impact patients’ and families’ lives, with training, support, and growth in a nationwide healthcare organization.
