The Senior HR Manager Wear & Maintenance Components Operations serves as a strategic business partner to global operations leadership, driving enterprise-aligned people strategies across six manufacturing facilities (union and non-union) in the US, Mexico and Korea worldwide. This role leads a team of HR professionals and is accountable for delivering high-impact solutions in employee relations, labor relations, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
