Marketing Manager-Commercial Real Estate

Our client, a commercial real estate firm focused on developing and acquiring logistics properties, has a new opportunity for a Marketing Manager. Reporting to the VP of Operations, this Manager is a high-impact, highly visible role at the firm. This person executes marketing programs across brand and content, CRM, events, property marketing, and public relations. This is an individual contributor leadership position: the right person combines sound judgment, deep functional expertise, workflow ownership, and independent execution with the social energy to engage colleagues and external stakeholders, translating business priorities and market insights into disciplined, data-informed marketing decisions, influencing internal partners and managing external vendors and resources, and taking hands-on responsibility for the programs that support the firm's investor, lender, customer, and broker relationships. Responsibilities: Lead detail-intensive property marketing campaigns with listing teams and regional offices: brochures, signage, on-site setup, photography and video, and Quarterly Availability report production/distribution, translating property and market data into accurate, persuasive messaging. Serve as a visible ambassador while planning and executing events and sponsorships with a CRM-based approach — including pre-planning, execution, post-event follow-up, budget management, and ROI tracking. Use these programs to build new relationships and integrate property-level events with broader market programming such as broker roadshows. Actively grow the firm's social media presence. Serve as an articulate, responsive point of contact and coordinate press releases, milestone announcements, and media requests with external PR resources and senior leadership. Own the development and meticulous maintenance of a library of situational marketing materials: BTS credentials, land buyer credentials, prospective investor brochures, case studies, and similar factually accurate, persuasive collateral supporting leasing, capital formation, and brand positioning. Build credibility and support investor and lender relationships through proactive, relationship-oriented touchpoints, co-market visits, periodic updates, and accurate, compelling thought leadership content in coordination with senior leadership. Own the website on an ongoing basis, including property and team pages, using performance analytics to guide decisions; lead a redesign as appropriate. Identify, engage, and manage external creative, digital, and production vendors — setting clear specifications and exacting quality standards, managing budgets, conducting rigorous quality control, and ensuring brand consistency. Champion and execute the firm's Customer Care program and other customer and leasing relationship-building initiatives. Synthesize market and portfolio data into quarterly messaging documents that are fact-based, concise, persuasive, and aligned with current market positioning and portfolio activity. Requirements: 6+ years of marketing experience with demonstrated deep functional expertise and hands-on execution, ideally in commercial real estate, investment management, or a related field Proven experience implementing and managing a CRM platform in a professional services or financial services context, including data governance, reporting, and user adoption Track record of managing external vendors and holding them to quality and budget standards through clear processes, precise specifications, and disciplined follow-through Persuasive, energetic, and precise written and verbal communication skills across investor, customer, broker, and media audiences; able to translate complex information into clear, compelling messages Experience managing events, sponsorships, and budgets with measurable outcomes; comfortable networking and representing the firm with new and established stakeholders Background in investor or LP communications preferred; commercial real estate fluency is a plus High-urgency self-starter; able to manage multiple workstreams, gather the facts, make independent decisions, and drive work to closure while maintaining accuracy with low supervision Socially confident, team-oriented, collaborative, and excited about building something; actively shares an informed point of view and builds trust across personalities #J-18808-Ljbffr The Edge Development Group
