Trade Marketing Manager

Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO) Manager Join Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages as a Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO) Manager , where you’ll lead promotional strategy, analytics, and optimization initiatives that drive revenue growth, profitability, and market performance. In this role, you’ll partner with Revenue Growth Management, Key Account teams, Finance, and Analytics to develop data-driven promotional strategies, optimize trade investments, and deliver actionable insights that improve business results. You’ll also serve as the business owner for TPO, TPM, and Pricing Compass platforms, ensuring effective processes, strong adoption, and data integrity. Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred 5+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Finance, Commercial Strategy, or Key Account Management Experience with Trade Promotion Optimization, pricing, or revenue growth management tools Strong analytical, financial modeling, and strategic planning skills Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency Consumer packaged goods (CPG) or beverage industry experience preferred Why Join Us?
