SBA Marketing & Brand Growth Manager

Peachtree Group is seeking a Marketing & Brand Growth Manager to support the continued growth of our Government Guaranteed Lending platform, with a primary focus on SBA 7(a) lending. This individual will develop and execute marketing initiatives that increase brand visibility, promote our sales team, engage borrowers and industry partners, and support lead generation. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of marketing experience and is a creative, self-directed marketer who enjoys developing content, testing new channels, managing events, and bringing fresh ideas to a growing business. Key Responsibilities: Content & Brand Growth Develop and manage a content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, Reddit, and other relevant channels. Create engaging written, visual, and digital content highlighting market trends, SBA expertise, team activity, and recently closed transactions. Support SEO/AEO initiatives, email campaigns, newsletters, and other digital marketing efforts. Leverage AI and emerging marketing tools to improve content creation, efficiency, and reach. Identify and test new content formats, platforms, and strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement. Partner with SBA Business Development Officers and leadership to promote the team, lending expertise, and transaction activity. Develop targeted campaigns for key audiences, including hospitality, healthcare, franchise businesses, owner-occupied commercial real estate, brokers, referral partners, and business owners. Create approachable educational content that helps prospective borrowers understand SBA financing solutions. Conferences & Events Manage the SBA conference and industry event calendar. Coordinate event logistics, marketing materials, collateral, registration, and other conference needs. Develop pre- and post-event marketing campaigns and capture conference activity for social and digital content. Coordinate conference lead capture and handoff to the appropriate sales teams. Strategy & Measurement Execute the day-to-day marketing strategy for the SBA platform. Partner with sales and internal stakeholders to support marketing campaigns and lead-generation efforts within HubSpot. Track marketing performance and use data to refine campaigns, content, and distribution strategies. Stay current on digital marketing trends, AI capabilities, emerging platforms, and SBA industry developments. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand growth, content strategy, social media, digital marketing, or a related field. Strong written communication and content creation skills. Experience managing social media platforms, content calendars, and digital campaigns. Creative, organized, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. Self-directed and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Experience with AI-powered marketing and content tools. Familiarity with HubSpot, SEO/AEO, email marketing, and digital analytics preferred. Experience within SBA lending, financial services, commercial lending, or commercial real estate is a plus but not required.
