Sales Development Representative

A fast-growing SaaS organization specializing in creative collaboration and workflow management solutions is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive new business growth. In this role, you will play a key part in the sales organization by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers. You will be responsible for generating high-quality sales opportunities through outbound prospecting while collaborating closely with the Account Executive team. About You You have 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer-facing roles, or have recently completed a sales bootcamp or relevant degree. You are comfortable engaging prospective customers through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels. You enjoy building relationships and initiating conversations with new prospects. You are highly organized and able to manage multiple conversations while maintaining accurate CRM records. You are naturally curious, coachable, and eager to continuously improve your sales skills. You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative, performance-driven environment. You have an interest in technology and enjoy learning about SaaS products and business solutions. What You Will Do You will identify and prospect potential customers through outbound calls, emails, social selling, and other outreach methods. You will qualify inbound and outbound leads to generate sales-qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team. You will educate prospective customers on the value of the platform and how it addresses their business challenges. You will schedule meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives. You will maintain accurate customer information, activity tracking, and pipeline updates within the CRM. You will respond promptly to inbound inquiries and referrals. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and enablement teams to improve outreach effectiveness. You will consistently achieve monthly activity and pipeline generation goals. What You Will Need Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent practical experience. 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer success, or a related customer-facing role preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience using CRM platforms and sales engagement tools is a plus. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to quickly learn new technology products and effectively communicate their value. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
