Apartment Maintenance Technician

Today, we seek an Apartment Maintenance Technician who has experienced with troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining heat pumps. Strong HVAC experience is preferred. We are currently offering:

A signing bonus of $1,000

$150 weekly on-call stipend Earn an additional $150 per week anytime you're on call.

Industry-leading retirement 401(k) with 4% match + historically 6.25% profit sharing (100% immediately vested)

Get certified with us HVAC experience? We'll provide EPA universal certification in-house while paying you.

What we're looking for:

Strong hands-on HVAC experience is preferred.

Ability to independently troubleshoot, repair, and install heat pumps.

EPA certification for refrigerant handling (preferred willing to certify you!)

Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience Well-rounded general maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, etc.) Proactive problem-solver with strong initiative Collaborative team player who works well in a skilled crew environment Technologically proficient, comfortable using MS Office 365 and a personal mobile device Strong written and verbal English communication skills

A professional who values integrity and long-term employment commitment

Valid driver's license
