We provide personalized financial strategies and work closely with clients to help them achieve their financial goals. As we grow, we are looking for talented individuals—especially those in banking—who are ready for a more meaningful and growth-oriented role. About the Role This role is ideal for someone currently working in a bank environment who wants to transition into wealth management and financial planning. You will combine your client service experience with new skills, gaining exposure to how a professional financial planning firm operates. Who This Role Is Perfect For Professionals currently working at or recently leaving: Chase Bank of America Wells Fargo Or similar banking institutions Someone who enjoys helping clients but wants: More meaningful relationships Less transactional work A long-term career path in financial services Organized, client-focused, and ready to grow What You’ll Do Support advisors with administrative and client service tasks Assist clients with account servicing, requests, and follow-ups Process paperwork and maintain client documentation Manage scheduling, calendars, and appointments Communicate with clients via phone and email Support new client onboarding Help deliver a high-touch, relationship-driven client experience Why This Role Is Different from Banking Focus on long-term client relationships vs. transactions Smaller, more personalized client base Direct mentorship from experienced advisors Exposure to financial planning and wealth management Training & Transition Support You do not need prior financial planning experience—we will train you.
