Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with scheduling service appointments
- Listen to customer concerns and communicate repair needs to technicians
- Provide updates on vehicle status and recommended services
- Prepare repair orders and service estimates
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the repair process
- Help maintain a professional and efficient service department
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Automotive knowledge is a plus
