Data Analyst II

First Community Credit Union, based in Northwest Houston , is hiring a Data Analyst II to strengthen reporting and analytics across the organization. This onsite role supports data analysis, reporting, and automation, with an emphasis on turning business needs into dependable reporting and data solutions. In this position, you will help build and maintain reports, queries, and automated processes, ensuring accuracy and reliability while collaborating with department managers and business units to define requirements and deliver outcomes. If you enjoy working with data, writing SQL, and using tools like Tableau and Crystal Reports , this role offers the chance to apply your skills in a practical, business-focused environment. What you’ll do Develop and maintain reports, queries, and automated processes , with a focus on data accuracy and reliability. Build complex SQL queries and create database objects such as tables, stored procedures, and functions . Partner with department managers and business units to understand operational processes, gather requirements, and translate business needs into reporting and data solutions. What you bring Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or Computer Science (or equivalent work experience). 5+ years of data analysis experience. 5+ years working with SQL/Python, Tableau, and Crystal Reports . Critical Thinking , Initiative , and Reading Comprehension .
