We are looking for a Talent Manager to drive business growth and build strong client partnerships in Richmond, Virginia. This position is ideal for a sales specialist who understands how to engage business leaders, identify workforce needs, and create solutions that deliver measurable results. The role combines relationship management, consultative selling, and market development in a performance-focused environment.

Responsibilities:
• Develop new business opportunities by reaching out to prospective clients, identifying decision-makers, and presenting tailored staffing and talent solutions.
• Build lasting relationships with small and mid-sized business leaders through consistent communication, strategic follow-up, and high-quality service.
• Manage a multi-contact sales process, navigating conversations with multiple stakeholders to move opportunities from prospecting to close.
• Create and execute sales plans that support revenue growth, expand market presence, and meet established performance goals.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospects, track progress against sales metrics, and adjust outreach strategies to improve results.
• Partner with internal teams to align client expectations, support successful service delivery, and strengthen long-term account value.
• Use market insight and business development techniques to uncover client needs within accounting, finance, and related operational functions.
• Prepare effective presentations, proposals, and follow-up materials using Microsoft Office and other standard business tools.• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, banking, or a similar business environment is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of business development experience in a metrics-driven sales setting.
• Demonstrated success winning new business in sales cycles involving multiple calls and more than one decision-maker.
• Proven ability to present to senior leaders at small to mid-sized companies and convert relationships into long-term business partnerships.
• Working knowledge of Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with accounting and finance department structures, workflows, and business priorities.
• Detail-oriented presence with a positive attitude and the ability to communicate in an engaging, credible manner.
