We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our office by managing inventory, assisting customers, and ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Sales & Customer Support

• Assist walk-in customers and provide outstanding customer service.
• Handle in-store sales of supplies and accessories, including pulling inventory, creating sales orders, and processing payments.
• Process and track customer orders, shipments, releases, and delivery information.
• Register serialized equipment sales.
• Support remote sales representatives by assisting customers, providing pricing information, and coordinating shipments.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.

Inventory Management

• Create and issue purchase orders to vendors.
• Receive and accurately enter inventory into the system.
• Manage backorders and out-of-stock items to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate and participate in bi-annual inventory counts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control processes.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (BC).
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
• Professional, friendly, and customer-focused demeanor.
