Canvassing Sales Manager

Become a driving force within our team as a Canvassing Sales Manager and take charge of leading a dynamic team to achieve unparalleled success! This role is your gateway to actively selling and overseeing a team dedicated to promoting water purification, windows and doors, and solar solutions. We're searching for a self-starter with a proven track record in lead generation and outside sales to propel our business forward.

Roles and Responsibilities

Guide and inspire a team of canvassers to generate leads through innovative methods like door-to-door canvassing and participation in home and garden shows.
Demonstrate stellar salesmanship by actively promoting water purification, windows and doors, and solar solutions while setting the standard for your team.
Equip team members with the tools they need to excel by providing comprehensive training on effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
Navigate negotiations and seal deals with finesse, ensuring utmost customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
Ensure transparency and understanding by elucidating contract terms to customers, effectively addressing any concerns that arise.
Continuously monitor team performance and provide valuable coaching and feedback to optimize results and drive success.

Desired Qualifications

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are non-negotiable prerequisites.
Demonstrated expertise in lead generation and outside sales is indispensable for this role.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are paramount.
Proven ability to motivate and lead a team toward achieving ambitious sales targets.
Impeccable organizational skills and unwavering attention to detail are a must.
