Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient in Ohio This role involves providing outpatient physical therapy focused on orthopedics, general medical/surgical, and neurological diagnoses. The position requires adapting to varying caseloads across two locations, with day shift hours scheduled from Monday through Friday. The role emphasizes outpatient care with specialized services including concussion management, vestibular therapy, lymphedema, pelvic control therapy, and dry needling.

Job Details:

• Location: Zanesville, Ohio
• Schedule: Day shift 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, totaling at least 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid physical therapy license, Associates or Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy, Ohio licensure, minimum of 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience focusing on orthopedic, general medical, surgical, and neurological diagnoses
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with outpatient clinics offering concussion management, vestibular, lymphedema, pelvic control therapy, and dry needling; experience working with EPIC electronic medical record system
• Additional Information:
  • Training and initial orientation are included
  • Facility reserves the right to cancel up to 36 hours per 13-week contract period
  • All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at submission and included in the confirmation documentation
