This role is built for a high-energy sales professional with an established book of business who excels at hunting for new accounts, securing corporate drop-offs, and managing large-scale off-site executions. You will leverage your existing network and hunt for new opportunities to bring our restaurant's culinary experience directly to offices, venues, and private residences across Greater Houston. Key Responsibilities * Hunt Off-Site Business: Proactively source, pitch, and close new off-site catering accounts, focusing heavily on corporate daily feeds, medical sales, and large-scale off-site productions. * Leverage Existing Network: Immediately tap into your current book of business to transition and book off-site breakfast, lunch, and evening events under our restaurant's brand. * Outbound Sales Generation: Conduct daily cold outreach, field visits, and networking at local business hubs to build a robust sales pipeline from scratch. * Logistics & Coordination: Partner with our kitchen team to coordinate off-site delivery logistics, staffing, equipment packing, and setups to guarantee seamless execution at external venues. Requirements & Qualifications Active Book of Business: A proven, transferable roster of corporate and social clients utilizing off-site catering services in Greater Houston. * Hunter Mindset: Minimum of 3 years of pure outbound hospitality sales experience, with a heavy emphasis on off-site catering as well as on-site private dining. * Logistical Competence: Solid understanding of off-site event logistics, including transport, buffet setups, drop-off timing, and dietary management. * Mobility: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to conduct daily client site visits and oversee off-site event setups. Performance Incentives * High-incentive commission structure paid out monthly on all newly generated off-site revenue. * Full kitchen and delivery support to ensure your clients receive flawless service. • 2+ years of experience in catering sales, hospitality sales, or event sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong knowledge of catering operations, event planning, and food service

industry

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and events simultaneously in a fast-paced

environment

• Proficiency with Tripleseat
