Strategic Accounts Manager

To support a growing wireless technology practice, the remote Strategic Accounts Manager will manage client relationships, source new sales opportunities, and assist in expanding growth potential for existing customers. Key responsibilities: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance while ensuring high customer satisfaction Complete and maintain accurate sales forecasts, data gathering, and reports for CRM on all contacts, accounts, and opportunities Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing/Sales, or an Associate's degree with 5 years of relevant experience Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a technical product line, preferably in cellular data communications Strong technical product background in IP Networking and Public Wireless Data Technologies Proven success in sales, particularly with OEMs, and a history of exceeding sales goals Product certification with demonstrable expertise required
