Technical Product Specialist

Responsibilities Act as user support in setting up accounts, resolving user feedback issues related to all aspects of Dtools (pricing, product application, configuration rules, etc) Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Dtools Identify and resolve system issues and defects in a timely manner Facilitate communication between product technical teams and web applications developers to ensure clear understanding and successful implementation of CPQ requirements Assist with the development and execution of test plans to ensure Dtools meets functional and performance requirements Assist with the implementation of new features and updates to enhance system performance and user experience Assist with maintaining Dtools components, including product catalogs, pricing rules, and quote templates Conduct analysis of business processes and requirements to ensure effective DTools system design and functionality Analyze existing Dtools processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy Manage Dtools related projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and new feature implementations Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure project milestones are met Requirements Associates degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred 1+ years of experience in CPQ system administration, configuration, or analysis preferred Experience with CPQ software (Driveworks) preferred Experience with Microsoft Office Suite #J-18808-Ljbffr
