As a Shift Lead, you will support the site management team and ensure our daily operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Execute all adventure guide duties, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Oversee daily operations, including staffing rotations and guest check-ins. Submit daily reports to communicate vital information effectively. Monitor guest bookings and adjust staffing schedules based on demand. Health & Safety Maintain Go Ape’s rescue training standards and perform risk assessments. Support site management with high-level inspections and audits.
