Full-Time Nights
12hrs. +Rotating Weekends

Aspire Senior Living East Prairie, a skilled nursing facility in East Prairie, Missouri, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with our facility's policies and procedures
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and oxygen levels
Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Requirements:
Current and good standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Missouri
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
Wage Rate: $25 - $29 HOURLY
