Process Technician SMT

PURPOSE:

Support SMT line on programming/troubleshooting, setup and process improvements

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES / DUTIES:

SMT Programming & troubleshooting, ASM setup support, DEK/Juki printer setup support, SPI programming and support, ASM placement optimization, Reflow oven profiling support.
Laser marking/labeling machine and auto-loader/conveyor support.
SMEMA support. Tooling and fixtures administrative support.
Auto-insertion machine support.
ERSA Selective Soldering Programming, troubleshooting & setup support,Wave soldering setup support,
Press fit, Router, Wash machine and Curing oven profiling support.
SRT BGA rework station and X-ray machine support.
