Team Leader Part Time Management Decatur - Wesley Chapel, Decatur, GA, US 30+ days ago Requisition ID: 1514 Job Summary The Team Lead is responsible for supporting the Management Team by demonstrating Sales Behaviour, Floor Leadership and promoting a Positive Work environment. Essential Functions Assist the Manager/ Assistant Manager with daily operations, activities of employees and other tasks as needed. Support business operations, policy and procedures. Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues involving customer relations. Oversee and monitor loss prevention and protection of company assets. Assist with training and development of new sales associates. Other duties as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must have high level of integrity. Must have excellent customer service skills. Demonstrates proficiency using a personal computer and company communication tools, such as email, internet, and Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, and Outlook). Environment & Physical Demands Ability to consistently lift 10-35 lbs; occasionally lift up to 55 lbs with the ability to push pull more than 55 lbs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
