Essential Functions Assist the Manager/ Assistant Manager with daily operations, activities of employees and other tasks as needed. Support business operations, policy and procedures. Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues involving customer relations. Oversee and monitor loss prevention and protection of company assets. Assist with training and development of new sales associates. Other duties as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must have high level of integrity. Must have excellent customer service skills. Demonstrates proficiency using a personal computer and company communication tools, such as email, internet, and Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, and Outlook).
