Working with an extensive client base, TEKsystems is searching for experienced Front Desk/ Customer Service professionals in the DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia area!

*A Day in the Role:*

* Responsible for high-volume scheduling of procedures, upwards of 30-50 patients per day
* Will also be responsible for follow-up messages from both patients and providers during downtime.
* Familiarity with EMR however willing to be flexible.
* Will be updating procedures inputted into the EMR.
* Registration, scheduling, insurance verification.

* Interest in Medical Administration or Customer Service
* Diploma or GED required
* EMR experience preferred

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
