Coordinate with production team and insurance carriers to facilitate a successful client renewal.Duties & Responsibilities: Discuss renewal strategy with Account Executive both internally and with clientsResponsible for all account service functions from the start of the renewal process including, but not limited to: Obtaining necessary renewal materials including any applications and supplemental information required for underwriting purposes (e.g., audited financial statements, organizational charts, etc.)Work with the clients on completion and return of submission materials according to pre-agreed timelinesCoordinate the client submission materials for distribution to insurance carriers / underwritersProvide support in obtaining insurance carrier quotes and binders, subjectivities and reviewing for accuracyAssistance with paperwork needed for requisite filings such as surplus lines taxes (only applicable to non-admitted carriers included on client programs)Assist in the creation of client presentations, proposals and renewal summariesPrepare for renewal outputs:Review certificate holder list and provide to client for validationConfirm any manuscript certificates neededUnderstand Auto ID Cards distribution process for clientsDetermine Work Comp Posting needs and how to distributeSend quotes to client and obtain bind order as neededDetermine if Premium Financing is needed and obtain quotesCreate Policy file in shared drive once binders come inSend binders to client with list of subjectivities, input into EPIC and send to CAC Binders for data collectionManage billing process Follow up with carriers for policies and ensure accuracySend checked policies to client, place copies in EPIC and send to CAC Policies for data collectionMaintain shared drive of key documents (i.e policies, endorsements, invoices, Autos ID Cards, Certificates, Audits etc.)Monitor expiration dates of all policies, including feesManage ad hoc requests for certificates, auto id cards, endorsementsNew clientsSet up in EPICWork with Brokers to obtain copies of policies from carriersRequest and review prior brokers Schedule of Insurance, recreate from CACRequest and review Certificate copies and an Excel schedule, update as needed and import into CAC systemRequest and review Auto ID CardsDevelop and maintain account handling instructions with claims associatesEnsure accounting /payment of premium is timelyQualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred3-5 years of relevant work experience requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of professionalism and confidentialityStrong verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detail & time management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office products to include Word, Excel & PowerPointeCerts & EPIC experience preferredIndustry Designation/Certifications (CPCU, CISR, CIC, AINS, etc.) a plus#LI-AA1Click here for some insight into our culture!The Baldwin Group will not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from a candidate who applies on our career site.
