Because we know that when we bring together smart colleagues from across the world, we can shape the future of healthcare, driving impact for customers and defining the pace of patient progress.Job ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities and Day-to-Day ActivitiesProvide project and operational support to the clinical team.Assist with clinical project coordination and administrative activities.Support study-related processes and documentation.Work in a dynamic environment where priorities and processes may vary from study to study.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability as departmental needs evolve.Help identify and resolve operational issues proactively.QualificationsEntry-level experience in Clinical Research, with a solid understanding of clinical trial processes and study operations.Experience working with:Veeva VaultCTMS (Clinical Trial Management Systems)Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.Experience coordinating meetings and managing follow-up activities.Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.Strong Microsoft Excel skills.At Syneos Health, we believe in providing an environment and culture in which Our People can thrive, develop and advance.
