Project Manager

Overview We are currently working with a Private Equity fund on a Project Manager role focused on finance transformation. The position involves tracking KPIs, managing projects, identifying blockers, and driving process improvements. The role also includes some exposure to tech transformation, primarily from a project management perspective rather than technological development. Base pay range: $200,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr RTO: 5 days onsite. Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple technology projects within the Technology division. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand project requirements and prioritize initiatives based on business needs. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets. Oversee project execution, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and to the satisfaction of clients. Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans as needed. Manage project team members, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure successful project delivery. Communicate project status updates to senior management and key stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in technology project management with most experience in alternatives technology. Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail. Experience in Agile project management methodologies. Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, build relationships and work with stakeholders. PMP or other relevant certifications are preferred.
