Loan Officers Wanted – Tennessee
\n \nAre you tired of having to turn down borrowers because of their income?
\nLet’s take your business to the next level.
\n \nChange Mortgage is hiring Loan Officers throughout Tennessee. We are the #1 Non-QM lender in the country , with direct, in-house Non-QM lending.
\n \nWe’re looking for Loan Officers who are actively building their business and want to take it to the next level . This opportunity is designed for producers who are ready to grow and want access to more products and more ways to get deals done.
\n \nOur Non-QM products include:
\n• True No Income
\n• Bank Statement
\n• DSCR
\n• Bridge Loans
\n• P&L
\n• 1-Year W-2
\n• 1-Year Tax Returns
\n \nPlus all the standard products:
\n• FHA
\n• VA
\n• USDA
\n• Conventional
\n• Multiple DPA options
\n \nYou’ll have training, hands-on support, and access to a team that can help you learn and utilize our products.
