Back of House Team Member — Full-Time Kitchen Team

This is a full-time kitchen position focused exclusively on the Back of House. You'll learn how a high-performing kitchen operates while developing valuable skills in food preparation, teamwork, communication, organization, and leadership.

You won't just be preparing food—you'll be an important part of the team responsible for creating the quality and consistency our guests expect every day.

What You'll Do

As a Back of House Team Member, you'll learn and work across the kitchen, including:

• Preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely and efficiently
• Learning multiple kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembly, boards, and food prep
• Working together with your team to keep orders moving accurately and quickly
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen
• Following food safety, quality, and restaurant procedures
• Learning new products, processes, and equipment
• Completing opening and closing responsibilities
• Identifying and reporting equipment or maintenance concerns
• Participating in training designed to help you improve your skills
• Supporting your teammates and taking on additional responsibilities as you grow

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are:

• 18 years of age or older and comfortable working with kitchen equipment
• Reliable and consistent
• Positive, energetic, and willing to help others
• Team-oriented and able to work independently when needed
• Detail-oriented and able to stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning multiple responsibilities
• Willing to receive coaching and continuously improve
• Available to work Fridays and Saturdays
• Available for both opening and closing shifts
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Able to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs
