Member Services Representative Positions

Member Services Representative I Qualifications: Interested applicants should have a high school diploma or its equivalent. Education and communication skills must be sufficient to enable individual to satisfactorily understand and carry out job requirements and responsibilities in an acceptable manner. One year of general office experience preferred. Experience with handling and accounting of payments strongly desired. Must be able to deliver accurate work products. Demonstrated clerical ability in other positions may be recognized in lieu of the specific requirements above. Must possess and demonstrate the ability to provide excellent customer service in a professional and tactful manner at all times. Must be able to thoroughly understand and carry out the policies and procedures relating to the day-to-day operation of Member Services in a conscientious and effective manner. Must project an attitude which is service oriented and maintain a professional appearance. Requires a valid driver's license.

Member Services Representative II Qualifications: Must have high school diploma or its equivalent. Education and communication skills must be sufficient to enable individual to satisfactorily understand and carry out job requirements and responsibilities in an acceptable manner. Must have two years of general office experience including the handling and accounting of funds. Must be able to deliver accurate work products. Demonstrated clerical ability in other positions may be recognized in lieu of the specific requirements above. Must possess and demonstrate the ability to meet the public in a professional and tactful manner at all times. Must be able to thoroughly understand and carry out the policies and procedures relating to the day-to-day operation of the area office in a conscientious and effective manner. Must project an attitude which is service oriented and maintain a professional appearance. Must have two years of Member or Customer Service experience and must demonstrate sufficient knowledge of payment processing and handling of all service request types as determined by Management of the Cooperative. Requires a valid driver's license.

Member Services Representative III Qualifications: Must have high school diploma or its equivalent. Education must be sufficient to enable individual to satisfactorily understand and carry out job requirements and responsibilities in an acceptable manner. Must have three years of general office experience including the handling and accounting of funds. Must understand and communicate detailed instructions to the public with a high degree of effectiveness. Must project to the public complete confidence in the accuracy of information concerning policies, procedures, fees, charges, etc. being provided. Must be able to deliver accurate work products. Demonstrated clerical ability in other positions may be recognized in lieu of the specific requirements above. Must possess and demonstrate the ability to meet the public in a professional and tactful manner at all times. Must be able to thoroughly understand and carry out the policies and procedures relating to the day-to-day operation of the area office in a conscientious and effective manner. Must project an attitude which is service oriented and maintain a professional appearance. Must have four years of Member or Customer Service experience and possess the knowledge of processing payments, all service request types and all billing processes in the judgment of Management of the Cooperative. Requires a valid driver's license.
