Registered Nurse – Pediatric Homecare (Skilled Visits)

What You'll Do:

• Deliver skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, ensuring safety, comfort, and clinical excellence.
• Conduct thorough assessments, monitor progress, and adjust care plans based on each child's unique needs.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
• Educate and support families, helping them manage their child's care confidently at home.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the State of New Jersey
• 1+ year of pediatric or acute care experience (homecare experience a plus)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred, but not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the compensation range for this position is USD $43.00 to USD $50.00.
