Key Qualifications:

• Active state Occupational Therapy license
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (must be up to date and submitted with application)
• Previous experience working in school settings preferred
• Ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload across grades PreK through 8
• Strong communication, rapport-building, and collaborative teamwork skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess and address students’ unique needs related to motor skills, sensory processing, and overall participation in school activities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEPs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families for integrated support
• Document progress, maintain thorough records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide guidance to school teams regarding adaptive equipment and strategies
• Foster an encouraging environment for students to develop functional and academic skills
